There are some times—rarely, but occasionally-- cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. ComputerStore.ae reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verification or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept an order.

We are determined to provide the most accurate (and most wallet-friendly) pricing information on ComputerStore.ae; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

In the case that we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. That’s right, the entire amount. You knew you loved us for a reason. ComputerStore.ae will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us for, hopefully, obvious reasons. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and also agrees to accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

• Exchange or Return is possible only within 24hrs from the date of delivery time, subject to the terms herein.

• No Exchange or Return shall be made without the Official Original Invoice & Warranty Card provided, and the product (including the unit carton) must be returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken) along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost) items, if applicable.

• No Exchange or Return shall be made for the following product categories: All Accessories, Software, Ink, Cartridges, Toners & on-demand services.

• Any Refund will be in the form of Credit Vouchers/Credit Memos only, to be redeemed within a period of 6 months. No cash refund or credit card refund will be allowed.

• Selected products might be subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% of the invoice value.

• It is not possible to return products designated as “On Request" items

• These terms & conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the UAE as applied in the respective emirate.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Please check the product at the time of delivery, and if you find a product is physically damaged, please inform us on the same day. Otherwise we won’t accept the return and will consider it damaged by user, not applicable or accepted under warranty claims. In cases of Dead on Arrival (DOA) product / Out of the Box failures, the respective service center/service provider will determine whether the product is DOA and will offer either a replacement or product repair as needed.


• Product Warranty commences from the Date of the Invoice, some accessories or parts or components doesn’t have a warranty; unless otherwise specified, there is no warranty on any products or items. You buy items on your own risk. ComputerStore.ae will not be responsible for any manufacturing error or problem.

• In case the Product is defective and/or requires repair, then Standard Warranty Conditions of the manufacturer shall apply. Collection for repairs/warranty will need to be agreed upon with our customer service, which can be contacted at support@computerstore.ae.

• We will only be the facilitator of this service and primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand/manufacturer/distributor.
• Warranty is applicable within the limits of UAE only unless otherwise specified.

AMMENDMENTS TO THIS USER AGREEMENT

You acknowledge and agree that ComputerStore.ae shall endeavor to give you notice for any amendment to this User Agreement that materially increases your obligations or decreases your rights. You acknowledge and agree that we, at our sole discretion and without liability, may make amendments at any time with immediate effect by posting a notice of the amendment on ComputerStore.ae.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai and to waive any objections based upon venue.

ARBITRATION

Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Dubai, UAE in English and governed by Dubai law pursuant to the Rules of Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration of 1994 (Dubai), as amended, replaced or re-enacted from time to time. The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in Dubai and is independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ComputerStore.ae reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
